My favorite Suburgatory episode. Ever. (Well, so far)

In this episode Tessa tries to motivate her fellow students to become involved in charity work. And it goes terribly wrong…LOL. High points for me include the scenes where they make fun of Orlando and Florida, and also the scenes with Gladys - the transgendered homeless person that helps Tess with her cause.
